MANGO BANANA IMMUNITY SMOOTHIE

Good morning (or afternoon) ! Need a quick and easy blend for when you're craving something sweet? You'll want to try this one. Simple and so yum!

INGREDIENTS
○ 2 frozen and ripe bananas🍌
○ 1 cup frozen mango🥭
○ 1 tsp golden blend 🥄
○ 1/4 cup almond or oat milk🥛
Optional:
- Add a tiny dash of turmeric to turn up the brightness
She wants you to decorate it with anything that makes you feel good- we agree!
- Toppings:
○ Kiwi 🥝
○ Mango🥭
○ Puffed quinoa
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into bowl, finish off with desired toppings and dig in!
