PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BITES
- WITH CAFFEINE, SUPERFOODS & ADAPTOGENS
🍫Looking for a clean energizing homemade snack? Keep the cravings at bay and your energy levels up. Try these bites. We absolutely enjoy them with a glass of milk!
INGREDIENTS | ~ 12 BITES | PLANT-BASED, DAIRY FREE
1.5 cup oats
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond or coconut flour
1 tbsp euphoric blend
1 tbsp fuel blend (1 tbsp contains similar caffeine to 2 small cups of coffee)
1/4 tsp salt
Splash of oat milk (2-4 tbsp)
Optional: Chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the oats to a food processor or high speed blender and blend for about a minute or two to achieve a flour-like consistency.
2. In a separate bowl, add the oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and use a hand mixer to blend them.
3. Add the oat flour, almond or coconut flour, the euphoric and the fuel blend into the bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix altogether.
smoov secret: For a more gooey consistency, blend 4-5 pitted dates with the mixture above and add a splash of water.
4. Form bites to desired size and fold in the chocolate chips. Store in freezer for about 10 minutes or until firm.
