Orders before 3 PM (EDT) are dispatched SAME DAY. This does not include weekends or holidays. This means purchases made after 3 PM EDT MAY not ship until the next day. Please refer to the chart below for delivery services and times.
After payment has been confirmed, our customers will receive 2 emails:
1. A confirmation email right after you place the order. It confirms payment and that your order has been received by us
2. A notification email/SMS when your order has been packed and is sent out for delivery
SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA & USA
All orders ship from Toronto, ON and we use Canada Post or FedEx to ship all our orders across Canada and the US. They ship to P.O boxes as well. Given the current circumstances, Canada Post states that deliveries MAY be delayed. Neither their call center agents nor SMOOV.ca will have any further details. However, all deliveries currently seem to be delivered on time!

FOR US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please be aware that duties may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Smoov Blends is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, as they are at the discretion of the customs office.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Canadian orders and 21 business days for US & international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that to be delivered. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order, if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. So please ensure that the right shipping address is entered during checkout.
