INGREDIENTS | To Dress 1 Bowl |
PLANT-BASED, DAIRY FREE
π± 1/2 tbsp tahini
π 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
π 1/2 tsp maple syrup
πΏ 1/2 tsp GREEN blend
π§ ~2 tsp warm water
Optional: Salt & Pepper to taste.
Ingredients for the bowl:
π± Whole wheat couscous
π Kidney beans
π’ Green peas
π± Asparagus
π₯ Spiralized zucchini
π₯ Avocado
DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.Pour over desired bowl, see above for an awesome one!
