Healthy Holiday Chocolate Bark
Simple, Delicious & Nutritious Chocolate - Plant Based!
These are exciting times- the holidays are almost here and it’s time to make bark! Chocolate bark with a super twist- loaded with mood boosting ingredients like cacao, energizing superfoods like MCT's from coconut, maca to help balance hormones & more🍫
The great thing about this recipe is that it doesn't taste "healthy" but is made from whole ingredients. We've kept it christmas-y by throwing some dried cranberries (red) and pepitas a.k.a pumpkin seeds (green) in the mix for some festive colour and crunch!🎄

INGREDIENTS | 8-10 pieces
Total TIME: 5 minutes Mixing + 30 minutes Freezing
NUTRITION - PER piece
CALS: 160 | CARBS: 10g (2g fiber)PROTEIN: 1.4g | FAT: 13g
🥥 1/2 cup coconut oil
🍁 3 tbsp maple syrup
🍫 5 tbsp euphoric blend
A very small handful of each:
🎃 Pumpkin Seeds a.k.a Pepitas
❣️ Dried Cranberries
🌰 Crushed Pecans
🌰 Crushed Almonds
🧂 Pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Over low heat, mix coconut oil, maple syrup and euphoric blend.
2. Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper. We used a 7 x 10" tray.
3. Pour mixture into tray.
4. Sprinkle crushed pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and salt.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes.
6. Cut into pieces using a sharp knife. Enjoy, share and store in fridge!
