SIMPLE OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS | 1 SMALL SERVING | PREP: 5 MINUTES
🌃OUR FAVOURITE OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE🌙
○ 1/2 cup oats (
○ 1 tbsp chia seeds
○ 1 tbsp euphoric blend (Cacao, Maca & more!)🍫
○ A Pinch of salt
○ 3/4 cup of oat milk
○ 1-2 tsp of maple syrup! 🍁
Optional: 1/2 ripe banana and 1 tsp fuel blend
Choose your Toppings:
Dark Chocolate, Puffed Quinoa, Cacao nibs, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, coconut shreds or our euphoric blend (which has coconut shreds🥥)
DIRECTIONS
1. In the evening, mix all the ingredients (except the banana) in a jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
2. Next morning, add a splash of milk (if needed) to your desired consistency. Optional: mash the banana with a fork and mix it in the soaked oatmeal.
