Smurf SnickerDoodle Ice Cream

A spiced & refreshing dessert recipe

Our berry exotic blend has 8 antioxidant-rich superfoods, 7 of which are some of the world's most nutritious berries. Acai berry, Maqui berry, Red & Black Goji berry, Camu Camu berry, Blueberry, Blackberry & Lucuma.

💙 This smurf nice cream combines the warm spicy touch of snickerdoodle cookies complimented by our amazing wave blend for a vibrant and nutrient packed nice cream! It makes for the perfect dessert after lunch as it has nutrients for energy (blue spirulina) and digestion (ginger) and so much more!

INGREDIENTS
Makes 1 Serving (About 4 Small Scoops)

Time: 5-10 minutes

🍌 2 ripe, sliced and frozen bananas
🥥 2-3 tbsp coconut milk (or 1 tbsp coconut milk powder)
✨ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🌰 2 soaked and pitted dates (or 1 medjool date)
🌰 10-15g of walnut and pecan pieces (About 2 walnuts, 5 pecans)
🌊 1 teaspoon wave blend

Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup 🍁

DIRECTIONS

1. Soak dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend on high, stopping in between to scrape sides as needed, until you get a thick smoov consistency.

3. Top off with coconut shreds or nuts and seeds of choice.

4. Enjoy this bowl!
