INGREDIENTS
MAkes 4 POPS
π 1 cup frozen strawberries
π― 1 tablespoon sweetener
π₯₯ 1 cup of coconut yogurt
π° 2 tablespoons SMOOV strawberry shortcake blend
π Zest of 1 small lemon
π 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend the frozen strawberries, sweetener, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with the protein powder.
3. Fill the popsicle molds with the strawberry mixture, alternating with the coconut yogurt mixture and layering the colors in any pattern you like.
4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
5. When you're ready to enjoy the popsicles, remove them from the molds and enjoy!
