Strawberry Baked Oats
Healthy & DELICIOUS Breakfast Recipe!

Made with wholesome ingredients like strawberries, pomegranate, pitaya, acai, maqui and more! Because we feel good sharing recipes that make us feel good💕

INGREDIENTS | Serves 2
PRep Time: 10 Minutes
BAKING TIME: 35 MINUTES
CALS: 215 | PROTEIN: 7.7 g | CARBS: 31 G | FAT: 5 G
🌾 1/2 cup oat flour
✨ 1 tbsp maple syrup or other sugar replacement
💕 1 tsp blush blend
💜 1 tsp berry exotic blend
🍌 1/4 cup mashed banana (1 small banana)
🥚 1 large egg
🥛 1/4 cup almond milk
🍓 1/3 cup strawberries (chopped)
NOTES:
1. Any kind of milk will work instead of almond milk.
2. Greasing the dish will prevent the oats from sticking.
3. The baked oats were topped off with strawberries and banana.
4. Oat flour can be made by blending oats in a high speed blender or food processor.
5. Apple sauce can replace the banana.
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees F
2. Mix together all ingredients (except the strawberries) until smooth in a small bowl. Then, fold in half the strawberries (1/6 cup).
3. Grease 2 ramekins and pour half the batter into each. Top off with the remaining strawberries (1/6 cup).
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck into the centre.
